Returns & Refunds Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from bestpoptoys.com. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days)
  • Wrong items received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened collectibles (except defective)
  • Trading cards (once packaging is opened)
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate return
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package items with original packaging
  4. Ship items back using trackable method

Refund Details

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Restocking fee may apply (20% for opened collectibles)

Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange items for:

  • Different size/color (if available)
  • Equal or greater value (price difference applies)

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos of damage. We’ll provide prepaid return label and expedite replacement.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees/duties
  • Original shipping charges won’t be refunded

Final Sale Items

Clearly marked “final sale” items cannot be returned unless defective.
